What we collect

When you contact us through the form, by email or by WhatsApp, we receive the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare and carry out a recruitment service for you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and, where a contract follows, the performance of that contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).

Who processes it for us

The website and its contact form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. Our email is provided by Spaceship (Spacemail). These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted after 24 months at the latest. Records of a business relationship are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing. Write to the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
